Assalamu Alaikum, Dear BCAWE community members,
I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits. Today, I am reaching out with an urgent and heartfelt request for prayers. Our beloved past residents of Windsor, Family Physician Dr. Erona Reza apa and Dr. Bobby bhai (Sharier Amin), are facing an unimaginable challenge. Their youngest daughter, Sumanta, is currently on life support in West Virginia, USA.
Sumanta has been in a coma for the past 11 days, intubated, on a ventilator, and undergoing continuous monitoring. Her provisional diagnosis is NORSE/FIRES, an extremely rare condition with no promising treatment discovered yet. This is a mother's worst nightmare, and both parents are enduring the unbearable pain of seeing their child in such a critical state.
In these difficult times, we ask for your heartfelt duas for Sumanta's swift and complete recovery. May Allah (SWT) grant her shifa and ease the pain of her family. Dr. Erona Reza has expressed her profound anguish and the immense burden she carries, praying day and night for her beloved daughter to wake up and return to her arms.
We urge you to join us in prayer and share this request with others. Your support and prayers can make a difference in this time of need. Let us come together as a community to support Sumanta and her family.
JazakAllah Khair for your support.
May Allah (SWT) grant Sumanta a swift recovery and bring comfort to her family. Ameen.
Sincerely,
Md. Shameem Momtaz (President)
